Resort Cottages
'Vintage' Park Model trailers, as-is, updated or renovated and in some cases master-built or architected. By 'Resort Cottages' we mean they meet resort standards, and agreements.
Buyers (or the curious!) can do a lot from here:

Pre-clear the Resort's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) credit and background checks.

Pre-approve for our Seasonal license subject to Resort approval of your executed Agreement of Purchase and Sale with the Seller.

Buyer purchase proposals/offers for any Resort Cottages, whether listed by owners on our Marketplace, or to initiate contact for those offered privately by the trailer owner.

Try out the trailer owner customer dashboard for utility billing and more.
As always, trailer owners can sell their trailer directly to a third party without our involvement in the transaction. Where the resort is contacted post-sale, the trailer buyer, as with all trailer buyers, must still comply with our SOPs. All sellers owe the Resort a Right Of First Refusal (ROFR) to buy the trailer at the same agreed price and terms.
8 month occupancy under our Seasonal License of Occupancy for new owner occupants of any trailer, regardless of any current or preceding longer occupancy. Occupancy start may be subject to pre-occupancy inspection and compliance per the License.
Bare Sites
Bring your suitably equipped trailer, or we'll help supply one. Choose from our inventory of spacious bare sites in a variety of settings. Engineered and planned to perfection, as custom and comfortable as you wish. Pre-occupancy execution of the 8 month Seasonal License. Servicing fees apply. ​
